Top tips to enjoy our cheese.

  1. Once unpackaged cling film the cheese apart from the rind to allow it to breath.
  2. Replace the cling film after a couple of days.
  3. Sometimes the cheese may grow some mould which can be scraped off. 
  4. Serve at room temperature.
  5. Smoked Tanatside is lovely on its own or can be added to Quiches and Rissoto's to enhance the flavour of the dish..
  6. Marches Blue adds interest and flavour to any cheese board. But round slices can be added whilst cooking steaks or frittatas,
  7. Shropshire Red is an easy slicing cheese and adds natural colour to sandwiches and paninis and is great on beans on toast.
  8. Chunks of Tanatside scattered on top of a lasagne adds a lovely tangy flavour.
